1. Return Policy
I offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the artwork within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the artwork price (shipping cost not included).

2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your artwork or print arrives damaged or defective, please contact me immediately at aptolosa.appato@gmail.com with photos of the damage.

3. Non-Returnable Items
Custom or commissioned artwork is non-returnable unless it arrives damaged or defective.

4. Return Shipping & Cost
The artwork must be in the original packaging. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Refund Process
Once we have received the returned item and confirmed its condition, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original method of payment.
